If you would like to make an
appointment with us we have several options for you. We have Telephone,
the Appointment Form below, Email and Voicemail, or you can stop by our
shop located at 1260 South Grand Avenue (across the street from Dairy
Queen).
You can call us at (509) 334-7215 anytime day or night. Our hours of
operation are 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM – Monday through Friday. If it is after
hours feel free to use our handy Keydrop Box (located at the front
middle of our building) or please follow the instructions on the phone
so that we can help you in the best way possible.
When using the Appointment Form please keep in mind that
Maintenance Service Appointments need to be made for 9:00 am or earlier.
Repair Appointments should be made for 10:00 am or earlier.
Unless special arrangements are made with us, vehicles dropped off for
service after these times may need to be left with us overnight. All
appointment times are set for the time when we can expect you to drop
off your vehicle with us. We will provide Shuttle Service for you when
you arrive unless you have made other transportation arrangements. We
will begin work on your vehicle as soon as possible after receiving it
and call you as soon as it is ready and gladly provide Shuttle Service
back to our shop.
Please use the Appointment Form a minimum of 24 hours or 1 full
business day in advance of your requested Appointment Drop-off Time. If
